Ocean Park is an upscale residential community with homes and high-rise condominiums, but also a very budget-friendly option for travelers.  It is located within the district of Santurce in San Juan, just 10 minutes from the airport.   

The mile-long beach of Ocean Park has a more casual feel than Isla Verde and Condado beach.  Along the beachfront and a few blocks back, there are a few budget-friendly small inns and guest houses, great for those that want to enjoy the city in a more laid-back and quiet feel.  Please keep in mind, you’ll need a car rental or taxi to get around, and parking is limited.
