Enterprise, Hertz, and Avis have rental locations in the Puerto Rico Convention Center District where the two Pan American cruise pier terminals are located nearby. However, you will have to take a shuttle or taxi from your cruise terminal to the Isla Grande Airport or the Sheraton Puerto Rico Hotel & Casino to rent a car. You could walk across to Enterprise or Hertz at the Isla Grande Airport, but keep in mind that there are no sidewalks. Avis, at the Sheraton Puerto Rico Hotel & Casino, is not far, but we recommend you take a taxi there as well. Even though the walks are fairly short, we still recommend you take a taxi.
